All bids are entered as received and lots distributed to the highest bidder without reser\’e.
TERMS: The terms of auction sales are strictly cash, and must be paid for immediately upon receipt of material. Bid- ders unknown to me must send a deposit of at least 25 per cent of the amount of their bids, or send satisfactory reference, otherwise they will not be executed.
Bid on the lot number and at so much per piece, unless otherwise stated. If there are 5 pieces in the lot, and you wish to bid S2.50 for the lot, make your bid 50c.
A charge of 5% will be made for executing your bids. This charge is very low considering the superior servdce I expect to give you. No charge made for bidding except for lots actually purchased.
Be sure and bid on the right lot as I will not hold myself responsible for any errors of this kind.
I have taken great pains in describing each lot accurately; in fact the condition of many coins are favored.
If you are interested in any particular lot and do not know how much to bid, I shall be pleased to advise you in regard to the value of same.
